I’m Sonia Provost, a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and a dedicated real
estate investor. My journey in real estate has been shaped by a mix of personal and
professional experiences. As a current homeowner in the Merrimack Valley, I
understand the pride and challenges that come with homeownership. Over the years,
I’ve owned multiple homes, navigated the ups and downs of the 2008 real estate crash,
and built a portfolio of rental properties and investments.

With a professional background in healthcare, I discovered my passion for real estate in
2020 while helping my mother buy a home. That pivotal moment inspired me to dive
headfirst into the industry. Since then, I’ve completed hundreds of hours of coursework
and gained extensive hands-on experience in both investing and sales.

My mission is to help clients achieve their real estate goals, whether that means finding
their dream home, growing an investment portfolio, or navigating a challenging real
estate situation. I’m committed to active listening, clear communication, and creative
problem-solving to ensure every transaction is a success.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me spending quality time with my family
and my rather large fur children, golfing, tending to my vegetable garden, or exploring
new travel destinations.
