- Founder, CEO
I am a financially independent real estate professional and team lead for Candor Realty powered by Four Points in Haverhill, MA. I have decades of real estate, investment, and insurance experience. I have worked for many fortune 100 companies over my career in accounting and technological leadership roles. I leverage my unique strengths to provide my clients with enormous competitive advantages in the real estate industry. I love two things in this wonderful world, my family and my clients. Once you work with me, you will be part of my family and you will never have to worry about finding another real estate professional ever again.
I live in Northern Massachusetts with my wife, Kristine, and our children Lily and Lincoln. We love to travel and consider ourselves adventure seekers. We are financially independent and not reliant on real estate commissions to fund our very modest lifestyle. Nothing makes me happier than when I'm able to help people achieve their budgetary goals. I have found that most of my clients' monetary goals revolve around home ownership and so I figure the best way to help is to be their real estate agent. Since I do not rely on commissions to pay my families bills, you can rest assured that I always behave with integrity and that I put clients needs ahead of my own.
I have surrounded myself with the best team of real estate professionals. We have decades of combined experiences to provide our clients with an unparalleled level of support and guidance throughout all real estate transactions. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need any support, even if you are not in real estate my market. I offer free, no obligation, real estate consultations and would be very happy to meet with you any day of the week.

My name is Sabrina Sanchez. I was born and raised in Lawrence, MA. In my younger years, I spent most of my time playing basketball or volunteering throughout the city. During that time, I had many great mentors who guided me as I attended Central Catholic High School and then WPI in Worcester, MA.
At WPI, I studied Chemistry and Biology. Science had always intrigued me and I ultimately wanted a fulfilling career that could provide financial stability. When I was younger, I witnessed my mother alone take care of my sisters and I after my father passed away. While she worked late nights, I had to figure out how to get to places on my own. During this time in my life, I would wake up at 5 in the morning to catch three city buses just to get to high school on time. I recall one particular day that I arrived at school completely drenched from the rain because the city bus was late and I had to walk my way to school. Looking back, these are the types of experiences that strengthened the core of my independence and motivation to reach financial freedom.
In 2018, I attempted to buy my first investment property. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel comfortable or educated enough to get through the process and ultimately stopped looking. In 2019, I quit my job as a supervisor for a radiopharmaceutical to start my real estate journey as an agent.
I have been very fortunate to have been able to learn and grow as a real estate investor and professional. Being bilingual, motivated to help and compounded with my familiarity with multiple cities has aided me in helping many clients including those dealing with probate cases (Certified Probate Specialist) all around Greater Lowell and Central MA.

Andrew started off on the W2 track as a project manager and ascended through the corporate ladder from company to company, always looking for the next higher paying job. Then after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, he came to the realization that the rat race is a 30–40-year journey which seems like an eternity. Why not take the leap and try for financial freedom in the next 10 years? Worst case, he can just go back to the workforce and take the traditional retirement path to 65.
After that epiphany, Andrew was determined to take action. He obtained a home line of credit (HELOC) on his one-bedroom condo in Boston and bought 8 deals over the course of 2 years; purchasing four 3 families, a 5 and 6 unit in Worcester, and joined 2 apartment building syndications as a limited partner, one in Lowell MA and the other in Phoenix AZ. He currently self manages 24 rental units and obtained a majority of my units through househacking and accessing liquidity through lines of credit.
As an agent, he specialises in multifamily properties in and around Worcester. He has helped a multitude of buyers from first time househackers to experienced investors. His expertise lies in creative financing, house-hacking, multifamily investing, and self-management. He has a passion for teaching others about the power of real estate investing and financial literacy. His ultimate goal is to travel the world and help thousands of others achieve financial freedom through real estate investing.
