Heather started her career in real estate in February of 2019 as a listing transaction coordinator for a large retail team of 40+ agents. She learned the ins-and-outs of listing coordination and absolutely loved the process of listing a home from start to finish - and everything in between! After getting her foot in the door, she got her Real Estate license in MA just before the pandemic. She then switched gears and began working with investors in the wholesaling industry. Now with years of real estate marketing experience under her belt, entering the role of Listing Director / Marketing Manager for Candor Realty made perfect sense!

Heather has also stepped up to be the General Manager of our leasing arm of the company - Simplified Rentals! She gets units rented and leasing agents paid fast & efficiently!  

She is a licensed real estate agent in both Massachusetts & New Hampshire. In her free time, she loves to be creative and crafty in her art studio!
